Mandarin Orange-Coconut Freezer Pops

Ingredients:

  • 1 (13 1/2 oz) can coconut milk
  • 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained (or 2 of the smaller cans)
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Add coconut milk, oranges, and sugar to blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into ice pop holders and insert popsicle sticks, or plastic tops.
  4. Freeze 5 hours or overnight.
