Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb garlic
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Peel and wash garlic cloves. Drain, dry completely.
  2. In a jar, add soy sauce, sugar, salt, vinegar and garlic.
  3. Place in refrigerator for 3 weeks.
