Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven 400.
  2. Bring the milk, butter and salt to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Whisk in the starches.
  5. Whisk in the eggs and parmesan.
  6. Knead until smooth.
  7. Shape itno 2 inch balls.
  8. Roll in the parmesan and pecans to coat.
  9. Place on a sprayed baking sheet.
  10. Bake 20 minutes.
