1 cup evaporated milk |
1/2 cup butter |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups potato starch |
1/2 cup wheat starch |
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese (grated) |
2 eggs |
parmesan cheese (grated, as needed) |
pecans (chopped, toasted, as needed) |
Directions:
1. Heat oven 400. 2. Bring the milk, butter and salt to a boil. 3. Remove from heat. 4. Whisk in the starches. 5. Whisk in the eggs and parmesan. 6. Knead until smooth. 7. Shape itno 2 inch balls. 8. Roll in the parmesan and pecans to coat. 9. Place on a sprayed baking sheet. 10. Bake 20 minutes. |
