Directions:

  1. Slice cucumbers into large bowl.
  2. Add in onions separated into individual rings.
  3. Mix vinegar, Splenda and water and pour over vegetables.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Let sit at least 2 hours before serving.
