Nothing goes better with grandma's baked Polish meatballs. Ingredients:
3 large cucumbers, sliced thin |
2 medium onions, sliced thin |
1 cup vinegar |
2 (1 g) packets splenda sugar substitute |
1/2 cup water |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Slice cucumbers into large bowl. 2. Add in onions separated into individual rings. 3. Mix vinegar, Splenda and water and pour over vegetables. 4. Add salt and pepper to taste. 5. Let sit at least 2 hours before serving. |
