Leslie's Rafferty's  Sunshine Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds

Directions:

  1. Combine chicken, celery, parsley and grapes.
  2. Combine rest of ingredients in separate bowl and mix well then pour over chicken.
  3. Sprinkle with almond slivers.
  4. Chill 1 hour before serving.
  5. Time does not include cooking the chicken or chilling.
