Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Toss chicken pieces with olive oil, rosemary,lemon juice, garlic, lemon and saltand pepper to taste in a bowl or bag.
  2. Marinate for about 1 hour.
  3. Heat oven to 475 degrees.
  4. Arrange chicken in (9-by 13-inch) backing dish and remaining marinade.
  5. Roast turning once untill cooked through 30 to 40 minutes.
