Ingredients:

  • 2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 3 oz package lemon jell-o
  • 1 18 oz package lemon supreme cake
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. CAKE
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For the cake, in a large bowl beat the water, oil, and eggs. Mix in the cake mix and Jell-O. Pour the batter into a greased 13x9 inch cake pan and bake for 35 minutes.
  3. FROSTING
  4. In a small bowl mix the confectioners sugar and lemon juice. Remove the cake from the oven and poke holes over the top. Spread the frosting over the cake.
