Ingredients:
2 cup(s) confectioners' sugar |
4 eggs |
4 1/2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
1 3 ounce(s) package lemon jell-o |
1 18 ounce(s) package lemon supreme cake |
3/4 cup(s) vegetable oil |
3/4 cup(s) water at room temperature |
Directions:
1. CAKE 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For the cake, in a large bowl beat the water, oil, and eggs. Mix in the cake mix and Jell-O. Pour the batter into a greased 13x9 inch cake pan and bake for 35 minutes. 3. FROSTING 4. In a small bowl mix the confectioners sugar and lemon juice. Remove the cake from the oven and poke holes over the top. Spread the frosting over the cake. |
