Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients together and drop tbsp on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes.
  3. Let cool.
