Lemon Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 1/2-4 lbs cut-up chicken

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients, except chicken, to make marinade. Set aside 1/4 cup for basting.
  2. Put chicken & marinade in resealable bag. Refrigerate overnight. Turn in the morning.
  3. When coals are ready (medium heat), grill the chicken, covered for 45 minutes or until done. Turn and baste every 10 minutes.
