Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch(es) oregano
  • 1 bag potatoes

Directions:

  1. Peel and chop potatoes
  2. Part boil them til they are getting just soft
  3. Whilst doing that- heat a cm of sunflower oil in the oven.
  4. When spuds start to go soft move them to roasting tin.
  5. Use a fork to score grooves in the top of potatoes,then put them into the oven.
  6. Every 5 mins, take them out and use a soon to pour the oil that they are sitting in over the top of them.
  7. This is when you can add some herbs,oregano,repeat oiling process untl golden.
