Ingredients:
1 bunch(es) oregano |
1 bag(s) potatoes |
bottle(s) sunflower oil |
Directions:
1. peel and chop potatoes 2. part boil them til they are getting just soft 3. whilst doing that- heat a cm of sunflower oil in the oven. 4. when spuds start to go soft move them to roasting tin. 5. use a fork to score grooves in the top of potatoes,then put them into the oven. 6. every 5 mins, take them out and use a soon to pour the oil that they are sitting in over the top of them. 7. This is when you can add some herbs,oregano,repeat oiling process untl golden. |
