Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare & bake cake in 9x13 pan according to package directions. Let cool.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare frosting.
  3. Spray a saucepan with non-stick spray.
  4. Melt sweetened condensed milk & chocolate chips over med-low heat.
  5. Add marshmallows & stir until completely melted.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Let frosting cool slightly and pour onto cooled cake.
  8. Frosting will set up as in continues to cool.
