Ingredients:

  • 1 cup besan
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  • 1 tsp cilantro

Directions:

  1. Mix first 3 items
  2. Pour in a plate
  3. Steam it
  4. Garnish with other items
