Julie's Lime and Cumin Bean Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 can corn
  • 1 cup (can) black beans
  • 1 cup (can) chickpeas
  • 114 g lime juice (3 limes)
  • 4 tsp cumin

Directions:

  1. Strain and rinse all canned goods until water runs clear
  2. Put in serving bowl
  3. Add olive oil
  4. Add cumin
  5. Mix thoroughly
  6. If stored in an airtight container, this will keep for ~a week or more
