Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add sugar and yeast to lukewarm water and stir to dissolve yeast.
  2. Add flour, salt and onion.
  3. Knead until smooth. Place dough in an oiled bowl and let rise until doubled in size. Punch it down. Flatten out dough on oiled cookie sheet to about and inch thick. Oil the top of the dough. Let it rise until doubled in size.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and dried rosemary.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. I do this in the bread machine on pizza dough cycle. I place the sugar, yeast, and water in first and then add the other ingredients and hit the button. After cycle is done, you flatten out the dough on the oiled cookie sheet and everything is the same from that point on.
