Italian Chicken Potato Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle chicken with Garlic powder,Onoin powder& Italian seasonings.
  2. Place in a bowl or plastic zip bag.
  3. Pour Italian dressing over chicken mix well to coat.
  4. Let marinate at least 1 hour in refrigator.
  5. Spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.
  6. Slice potatoes.
  7. Place in pan.
  8. Add Chicken parts& dressing mixture.
  9. Stir to coat potatoes.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Bake covered 1/2 hour at 400.
  12. Un cover& bake 1/2- 3/4 hr more or until chicken juices run clear& potatoes are tender.
