Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp curry powder
  • 1/8 tsp za'atar spice mix
  • 1/4 cup mango chutney
  • 2 tbsp sour cream

Directions:

  1. Scramble eggs in a large bowl.
  2. Add salt, pepper, Curry and za'atar.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet and then pour in eggs and scramble.
  4. Top with chutney and sour cream mixed with grated cucumber.
