Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • dash of salt
  • 2 tbsp. soft butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 level tbsp. baking cocoa
  • 1-1/4 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients for one minute at medium speed in a blender, or can beat in a bowl with an electric mixer for one minute. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes, or until
  2. Top is firm. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream, if desired. A cake-like crust forms on the top and bottom and a luscious chocolate custard in between. Yummy!
