Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp grenadine
  • 1/2 slice pineapple
  • 1 1/2 oz lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients with 12 oz. glass of shaved ice in blender until liquid is semi-frozen.
  2. Serve in a stemmed cocktail glass.
