Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine stuffing mix, 1/2 cup juice, water, pecans and butter. Let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Pound chicken breast.
  3. Mound 1/2 cup stuffing on each chicken breast. Wrap woith bacon; twist to secure.
  4. Place in a greased pan.
  5. Mix remaining juice and honey; spoon over chicken.
  6. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
