Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp coffee (dissolved in a drop of hot water)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lb honey
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 5 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar on high speed, until fluffy. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Alternately add liquid and dry ingredients to mixer. Mix on low speed until smooth. Pour batter into three lined 4x10 baking pans.
  3. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until loaves test done.
