Homemade Waffle Mix

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup baking powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Sift all of dry mix together into a large bowl. Stir to mix thoroughly.
  2. Store in an air tight container. Makes 8 1/2 cups.
  3. To prepare:.
  4. Mix egg, milk and butter together.
  5. Add dry mix and stir until moist.
  6. Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto a hot griddle or waffle iron. Makes 6-7 waffles.
