Harvey Wallbanger Cake

Ingredients:

  • 8 1/2 oz yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 5 oz galliano
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease and flour one 10 tube pan.
  3. Combine cake mix and pudding mix in a large bowl.
  4. Blend in eggs, oil, 4 oz.
  5. Galliano, 1 oz.
  6. Vodka, and 4 oz.
  7. Orange juice.
  8. Mix batter until smooth.
  9. Pour into pan.
  10. Bake 45 minutes.
  11. Cool in pan 10 minutes then remove and place on cooling rack.
  12. Spoon glaze over cake while it is still warm.
  13. To Make Glaze: Combine remaining 1 oz.
  14. Galliano, 1 oz.
  15. Vodka, and 4 oz.
  16. Orange juice with confectioners' sugar.
  17. Blend until smooth.
  18. Spoon over warm cake.
