Halloween Caramel Corn

Ingredients:

  • 7 quarts popped corn
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Cook brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt for 5 minutes.
  2. Add vanilla and soda.
  3. Coat corn with mixture.
  4. Bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  5. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
