Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 cups whipping cream , whipped

Directions:

  1. Combine crumbs and margarine.
  2. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
  3. Press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom of 9-inch spring form pan.
  4. Combine marshmallow creme, milk and creme de menthe, mixing with electric mixer or wire whisk until well blended.
  5. Fold in whipped cream.
  6. Pour over crust.
  7. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
  8. Freeze.
  9. Variation: Increase milk to 1/4 cup.
  10. Substitute a few drops peppermint extract and green food coloring for creme de menthe.
