Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 small apple

Directions:

  1. Coat pork chops with flour and brown in butter and oil.
  2. Discard half the grease.
  3. Sprinkle chops with brown sugar and add orange juice.
  4. Peel and dice apple, add, and continue cooking covered for a half hour.
