Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. To prepare chips, arrange tortilla wedges in a single layer on baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
  3. Lightly coat wedges with cooking spray; sprinkle evenly with salt (be generous).
  4. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until wedges are crisp and lightly browned. I flip them about halfway through.
  5. Sprinkle with salt again to taste after done.
  6. Increase oven temperature to 350° (or just start here if you're not making chips).
  7. To prepare dip, combine mozzarella, 1/4 cup Asiago, sour cream, and remaining ingredients, stirring until well blended.
  8. Spoon spinach mixture into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Asiago.
  9. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve warm with chips.
