Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix butter, parsley and crushed/minced garlic.
  2. Put into flat top mushrooms.
  3. Put mushrooms in preheated oven at 180°C.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, basting occasionally, or until mushrooms are steeped in melted garlic butter.
