Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup bisquick mix
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 5 cup fruit ( apple or peach)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Blend 1 cup sugar, corn starch, & cinnamon in large sauce pan.
  2. Add water, bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat, add butter & fruit.
  4. Pour into shallow glass pan.
  5. Cream Bisquick mix, 2 tbs. sugar, & milk with fork.
  6. Drop dough in mounds throughout the pan, then sprinkle 2 tbs. sugar over drop biscuits
  7. Place in oven at 450 degrees for 25 min. or until biscuits are golden brown.
