Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar together.
  2. Beat in eggs.
  3. Stir in dry ingredients.
  4. Stir in pecans and fruit.
  5. Form into rolls 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
  6. Wrap in plastic wrap; place in resealable plastic bag.
  7. Freeze.
  8. TO BAKE: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  9. Using wet sharp knife, slice into thin slices (1/4 inch thick), and place on greased baking sheet.
  10. Bake 6-8 minutes.
