Fried Rice with Pork

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the rice in boiling salted water for 11 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan.
  3. Add the onion and garlic.
  4. Cook the onion and garlic for 2 minutes, then add the pork and stir-fry until it is cooked.
  5. Add the eggs and cook until scrambled into small lumps.
  6. Add the rice and continue to stir and toss, to coat it with the oil and prevent it from sticking.
  7. Stir in the fish sauce, soy sauce, and sugar and mix well.
  8. Continue to fry until the rice is thoroughly heated.
  9. Serve.
