Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 dash(es) chili powder
  • 2 1/2 dash(es) paprika
  • 2 1/2 dash(es) grated parmesean
  • 20 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. First, get 2 Russet Medium sized potatoes. Wash, then slice very thin. Get you Paprika and put a dash of it on the potatoes. Now, get your Chili Powder and put a dash of it as well on the potatoes. Now, get a 10 in wide sauce pan. Put about 20 tblspns of Vegatable Oil in the pan. (just make sure the potatoes are going to drown under the oil) now turn on your stove to medium (which on most stoves is about 6). wait until you hear the popping then you can toss about 6 of those potatoes in. You should flip them over once and a while. When they are golden brown on both sides, and crispy, toss them on to wax paper, or a paper towl to drain of any oil. Now once they are dry put a dash of Parmesean over those bad boys! By the way, I am twelve years old i love to cook!
