Directions:

  1. Place all herbs in food processor & chop fine.
  2. Combine all ingredients & mix well.
  3. Lightly season chicken directly with mix, let rest 10 minutes, toss chicken in flour & pat to remove excess.
  4. Let chicken rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to get sticky then fry,.
