Fresh Blueberry Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4-1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and blueberries.
  2. Mix well and put into pie shell.
  3. Drizzle top with lemon juice.
  4. Combine brown sugar and flour.
  5. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  6. Spread topping over berries then bake at 30 minutes at 425 then cover with foil and bake 20 minutes more.
