Ingredients:

  • 4 oz fish , of the day whats in season
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1 oz cashews
  • 1 oz almonds
  • 1 oz pecans
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 cup sesame oil
  • 1/8 cup flour
  • 1 oz dark beer
  • 1 oz soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Make egg wash by combining egg and milk.
  2. Wet fish in egg wash
  3. Make crust mix by combining 50% peanuts and equal parts of almonds, cashews, pecans and sesame seeds.
  4. Roll fish in nut crust mix
  5. Make sauce by combining dark beer, soy sauce, oyster sauce and white wine.
  6. Fry fish in med hot oil until crisp
  7. Drizzle lightly with sauce.
