Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1 lb firm tofu

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together first 7 ingredients.
  2. Marinate the tofu in the mixture for at least an hour.
  3. Enjoy in your favorite recipes.
