Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl combine the hot pepper sauce, Italian dressing and cumin, mix well. (Set aside 1/2 cup of the dressing). Separately in a bowl, add enough dressing to lightly coat the beef and let marinate for approximately 1 hour.
  2. Fry the beef in a hot skillet and cook until completely done. Then allow the beef to cool down. In a medium-sized bowl mix up the beef with the beans, onions, corn and the 1/2 cup of dressing. You should refrigerate for several hours before you serve.
  3. Toss the beef and vegetable mixture with the shredded cheese, salad greens and tomatoes. Add extra dressing to taste, top with the crushed tortilla chips and serve.
