Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Roast coriander, star anise, gloves and cardamom pods and ground afterwards.
  2. Crush the lemongrass.
  3. Mix all ingredients well.
  4. Cover your meet (500 gr - 1kg chicken or turkey cubed or on a spit) with the marinade.
  5. Do this for 4 - 48 hours, the longer the better.
  6. Remove lime leaves and lemongrass before you barbecue.
  7. Enjoy!
