Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and butter together.
  2. Add flour and sugar, and mix together.
  3. Add almond paste/ extract and mix
  4. Divide into 3 equal parts (approx 1 cup each).
  5. Add food coloring to 2 parts.
  6. Line 8x8 pan with wax paper and bake 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Put jam on 2 middle layers and melt chocolate chips and cover top and bottom with chocolate layer. Enjoy!
