Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2-1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. In a clean mixing bowl, beat whipping cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form (tips curl). Add sifted powdered sugar and vanilla to taste. Beat the topping mixture until stiff peaks form (the tips stand straight).
