Directions:

  1. Beat eggs until frothy.
  2. Stir in butter and vanilla.
  3. Add dry ingredients with the pecans and mix well.
  4. Using a scoop put into muffin liners.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. NOTE: These do not rise. They will remain the same size as you put into the line.
