Easy Mint Chip Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 3 to 4 drops green food coloring
  • 2 cups whipping cream (whipped)
  • 1 cup ( 6oz) miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl combine milk, water,extract and food coloring
  2. Fold in whipped cream and chocolate chips.
  3. Pour into a foil-lined 9 in.x 5 in. x3 in. loaf pan.
  4. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
  5. Lift out of pan and remove foil
  6. Slice
