Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of diced rhubarb
  • 1 (10 oz) box white cake mix
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 (2 oz) envelope any flavor gelatin
  • 1 (12 oz) can sprite

Directions:

  1. Wash rhubarb and toss in sugar to coat.
  2. Mix all things well and put into slow cooker.
  3. Cook on high for four hours. serve with Ice cream.
