Easy Chili Dog Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 (15 oz) cans chili with beans (homemade may be used)
  • 1 (16 oz) package. all-beef frankfurters (turkey franks may be used)
  • 10 (8 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 (8 oz) package cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Have ready an 8- x 11-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread 1 can of chili with beans on the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Roll up a frank inside each tortilla and place in baking dish, seam side down on top of chili. Top with remaining can of chili with beans and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Variations:
  6. If you have some onions on hand, you may wish to chop one and put a little onion and cheese inside each rolled tortilla with the frank.
  7. Or you may want to use a little of the chili with the onions inside each tortilla roll.
  8. Or you may prefer to layer the chopped onions between the chili and the cheese.
