Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl sift the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. Mix in cottage cheese until it looks like coarse crumbs.
  3. Mix together plain yogurt and skim milk.
  4. Pour into flour and cottage cheese mixture and mix well.
  5. (Add a little milk if it is too dry.).
  6. Pat out on floured board 1/2 inch and cut into biscuits.
  7. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and bake in a 400 degree oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
