Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350 F.
  2. Combine all ingredients In a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a buttered 9-in. deep-dish pie or cake pan .
  5. Bake at for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool on a wire rack until room temperature
  7. Refrigerate until serving.
