  1. Place apples and cider into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Allow to cool.
  2. Run cooked apples through a food mill. Add any sweeteners or spices at this time.
  3. Serve chilled for best flavor.
